Beggar rejects dirty N100, requests for a better one.

It is no more a new thing as we see daily, every N100 naira notes is looking so tartared and torn, some N100 note would even be rejected at the fuel station.
A makeup artist today narrated how a beggar refused to collect a battered N100 note she gave to the beggar, the beggar politely refused it and asked for a better one.
According to the lady, the beggar said he doesn't have enough time to keep going to bank to change bad notes.
She wrote;
" I can't be the only one getting this kind of dead N100 notes lately. I gave it to a beggar today and he asked me politely to help him change it to a better one that he can't be going to the bank every time to change them, I was shook.
Many people keep complaining about the bad N100 notes in circulation and I wonder if new ones have not been printed since this year cos the ones in circulation looks like the ones that have been circulating over 3 years.
